My family came from New Orleans, we all went to wasabi Japanese steak house, at the town center in Jacksonville Florida. We had the Salmon Roll, Ribeye & Shrimp, Chicken & Shrimp, Teriyaki Chicken, Vegetable plate, it all comes with fried rice and vegetables. Also it came with salad and clear soup. The server was Miles and our cook was excellent. The experience was amazing. If find your self in the area stop by. You won’t be disappointed, we highly recommend this place. We celebrated my friend's birthday before she had to travel back home. the food was absolutely amazing quality from the chef on down to the meal! Thank you to our waiter and chef . we appreciate the service.
First off thank you to Wasabi for accommodating our very large party at the last minute. We had 35 people in our party with half being kids. The food was great however a few of us wished we could have had a noodle option instead of just the fried rice. Other than that the portions were perfect and even the kids size portions were great too. I truly appreciate that the hosts did whatever they could to get us all in quickly and the staff was great! A bit confused on the carrots at the end. A few got a couple of liquor drinks that were a bit stronger than anticipated however not bad.
It's an excellent Hibachi place. It's very popular and generally it's busy. It's a different type of experience where the chef Cooks the food in front of you according to your order and selected items. e.g. someone's vegetarian disc to cook some has non veg and according to their choice. Also they serve beer, alcohol drink soft drinks etc. and there is a bar in the main front entrance
Fast service, perfectly cooked flavorful hibachi. No noodles here but the fried rice is the best! my favorite hibachi in Jacksonville!
My daughter and I ordered 8 pieces of salmon sushi and Chirashi (Raw Sashimi Bowl) at Wasabi, and the quality was outstanding—some of the best we've had in Jax. We love the food there. Julie, the restaurant manager, was fantastic; she checked in with us to ensure everything was perfect. Her attention to detail really stood out. Exceptional service and amazing food. We will definitely be returning
The Best Christmas Gift and Experience for my Best Friend. We were seated @ our reservation time without delay. We both enjoyed the entertainment and atmosphere, and mostly the Steak, Shrimp and Scallops were Savory and Seasoned to Perfection.
Great place for hibachi, the chef was ok as the performance when he was cooking can improve and I was there for my birthday so brought the cake picture packet and their camera didn’t work so I did not get the picture but they charged me the full price and didn’t offer at least a discount for that issue. In overall I can say is ok.
